Privacy Policy

In short: Space Attack is a free game with in-game virtual currency (SATK) and optional in-app purchases. We collect only the data needed to run your account and the game. We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not use it for cross-app advertising. We use it only to operate, secure, and personalize the Game. Payments and some features are handled by trusted third-party libraries (Google, Apple, Telegram) under their own policies.

Who we are

Space Attack ("the Game", "we", "us") is developed and operated by PatStudio. This policy applies to the Space Attack mobile app and its web/Telegram versions. Contact: patstudiomobile@gmail.com.

Information we collect

• Account information. When you sign in we receive an identifier from your chosen method: your email address (email sign-in), or a user ID and basic public profile (name, avatar) from Google, Apple, or Telegram. We never receive your password.
• Gameplay and profile data. Your in-game progress, virtual currency (SATK) balance, levels, cosmetics owned, matches, leaderboard scores, friends, and settings, so we can save and sync your account.
• Purchase data. When you make an in-app purchase, we receive a confirmation and the item bought. We do not receive or store your full payment card details (see In-app purchases below).
• Device and technical data. A push notification token (only if you enable notifications), your app language and time zone, an app instance identifier, and basic diagnostic and usage data used to run and improve the Game.

We do not collect your contacts, photos, precise location, microphone, or health data.

In-app purchases and virtual currency

• The Game contains in-game virtual currency (SATK) and virtual items. SATK and all in-game items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money.
• Optional in-app purchases are processed by the platform's payment system: Google Play Billing, Apple App Store, or Telegram Stars. The store handles the payment; we receive only a receipt and the item purchased.
• Some mini-games use chance mechanics with in-game currency only (no real-money payout).

How we use your data

• To create and secure your account and save, sync, and personalize your progress across sessions and devices.
• To run real-time multiplayer (PvP), leaderboards, friends, and invites.
• To process in-app purchases and grant the items you bought.
• To send optional push notifications (you can turn these off in Settings or your device).
• To measure basic app usage so we can fix bugs and improve the Game, and to prevent cheating, fraud, and abuse.

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We do not share it for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking. We use your data only for the purposes above.

Third-party services and libraries

To run the Game we use a small number of trusted third-party libraries (SDKs). They process limited data for the specific purpose listed, under their own privacy policies:

• Firebase Authentication and Google Sign-In (Google) for account sign-in.
• Sign in with Apple (Apple) for account sign-in on Apple devices.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) to deliver push notifications you opt into.
• Firebase / Google Analytics for Firebase (Google) for anonymous app usage and crash diagnostics, used only to improve the Game.
• Google Play Billing and Google Play In-App Review (Google) for purchases and optional review prompts.
• Telegram for login and Telegram Stars payments when you play the Telegram version.
• Cloud hosting and database providers to store your game data and run our servers.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your account data while your account exists. You can delete your profile and associated game data at any time from within the app (Settings → Delete profile), or by emailing us at patstudiomobile@gmail.com. Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.

Children

Space Attack is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). The Game includes optional in-app purchases and chance-based mini-games that use in-game virtual currency only, with no real-money payout. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your information.

Your rights

Depending on your region, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to withdraw consent. Use the in-app deletion option or contact us to exercise these rights.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes are reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
